 For Law Enforcement, ESS is paramount in dealing with child custody situations that seem to have no solution. I have been there with you; dealing with irate adults, crying children, even more irate grandparents, and a court order that you know any judge would alter in this situation. Well, unfortunately ESS cannot solve THAT problem but, it can provide a seriously needed framework for LE, attorneys, and judges to consider when dealing with this type situation.  If a client uses ESS, it creates a basis on how to judge if a person is doing everything in their power to follow a court order and maintain a healthy family atmosphere. I am NOT suggesting that people use this as an alternative to Law Enforcement. However, I will suggest that it has the potential to cut down on domestics. ESS is in the business of keeping emotions at bay in EXTRMELY volatile situations. Our goal is to keep people from doing and saying things they will regret in front of their children, Law Enforcement and/or their EX until they can do it unassisted.
